Frequently Asked Questions

Call, text, or email us, and let us know what you want to have completed or repaired. Some small jobs can be estimated over the phone, most projects need a quick in-person visit to gather more details of the job and talk about any concerns you have. If you'd like to move forward with the project after the initial estimate, we will schedule your work as soon as we hear back from you.

Depending on the project, some things may be started within two weeks, but it depends on the complexity and necessary permits, if needed. For smaller repairs, they can usually be scheduled sooner if my workload allows. We don't offer 24 hours services.

Payment is preferred by cash, check, or paypal/zelle. Payments for repairs and smaller jobs are due upon completion. For larger projects, a contract would be signed by both parties and payment terms would be listed in the contract documents.

After the initial estimate, and several rounds of discussion, official paperwork will be drafted and agreed upon. An initial deposit is then required before scheduling your project start date.
